Subsidence risk in NR3?

Pretty slim. In general the norfolk area is pretty good with subsidence, not having a heavy clay subsoil like , for exaple, North London. However, Norwich has some specific problem relating to old chalk mines, some of these have been built on and there have been incidents where houses (and even buses!) have fallen into subterranean holes. NR3 has been affected by this, but as I said, the risk is very minimal.
