    Go onto www.upmystreet.com and type in the area post code there is a link that will give you crime ratings and prices of property in that area.

    We would suggest that you check out the local Tourism website & check the crime rates for the area. Do some research on the internet – it’s worth calling a few of the agents too to get some advice. Spend some time in the area that you are interested in too – try to get a feel for the place.
