    We would suggest that you check out the local Tourism website & check the crime rates for the area. Do some research on the internet – it’s worth calling a few of the agents too to get some advice. Spend some time in the area that you are interested in too – try to get a feel for the place.     I live quite near the area. I cant give you rate details but Im around the area a lot and can tell you from my opinion it always looks quite quiet. A mix of people and never rowdy even during the evening. There is quite a close community, it even has a quarterly community magazine published called Bohemia and distributed free. It does get busier slightly off Bohemia on London Rd the closer you get to the see front. There is a Police Station on Bohemia Rd that will of course give you more factual information.
