  • Hi Jan912, You can find out the latest police stats by having a look at the street and city you want to find out about on I have searched the website mentioned for you, and have found some of the latest crime statistics related to Corporation Street in Stoke. In the city itself, crime rates have been falling over the past few years, and this has meant that it is now lower than the national average for the UK as a whole. In the half-mile radius around the street in particular that you are looking at, it is the case that there were 107 crimes with outcomes reported during the month of November 2012 (the latest set of stats that are available.) In Stoke as a whole, the crime rate, however, is higher than both most towns and cities of the same size as it (although only marginal), but it is also quite a bit higher than the national average seen across Staffordshire as a whole. Thanks, Scott

  • Walking around, I've seen worse. It does not look like the safest place in Stoke though, I find it a bit rough round there.
