What is the safest, quietest area in Elm for a single woman on her own?

Hi Pjer - to be fair I think you should find any quiet area within the village to be safe enough for a single woman on her own. It's a very pleasant village. If you want to be away from children then you might find this difficult as every area of Elm has a good mixture of different types of housing, however, the main village road (High Road, Fridaybridge Road) might be suitable . If you want to feel isolated, stick to the more rural lanes of Elm such as Begdale Road or Wales Bank. If you feel more secure with other people around you then perhaps the cul-de-sacs and small estates might be better (Grove Gardens, Peartree Way, Henry Warby Avenue, Birch Grove). Hope this helps. If you still need help with your search for a home, please get in touch, I would love to help! All the best. Alex
