What is Gregorys Bank like in Worcester?
I'm new to Worcester and am ideally looking for a new build house to buy. I've seen that some are going up on Gregorys Bank road off St George's Lane. Having driven the area, I can't tell whether or not it's a nice enough neighbourhood, can anyone tell me?

Gregory Bank is essentially a very confined housing area with a substantial business park at either end and a very large and busy secondary and primary school. The area also backs out onto the local canal network. Parking is fraught and made more difficult when the football stadium (mixed in with the housing) is in use. The houses are mainly period, but there is a lot of newer builds/ council owned property mixed in especially up by the schools.
