Is Epsom or South Cheam safe places to live?

Is Epsom (near Wallace Field primary school) better or South Cheam (near Cuddington Croft primary school) better to live?

  I don't know this area personally but check this website out it will give you information on crime rates schooling and other usefull info to help buyers decide where to buy etc. Good luck

  Both very nice, very safe places to live. If I were to pick one South Cheam would be the one, a truly beautiful area.
