Hi. Can anybody advise me on schools at primary level in the Wirral, thanx. xxxx
Hi. I am moving to the Wirral next year, possibly, and used to live in Nocturum as a kid. After 30 years in Australia I am returning home and would be thrilled if somebody could tell me what areas to look at to buy especially with a view to schooling a 6 year old. I have been looking at Bebington and Meols but really don't have a clue. Many thanks. Jane xx

There are two schools near my house in Statham Road (off Eleanor Road), Bidston (bidston is next door to Nocturum), Bidston Village Primary School (ages 3-11 mixed) is about 5 minutes walk and Bidston Avenue Primary School (ages 3-11 mixed) is about 5 minutes drive. You might be interested, I am selling our 3bed house (we're emigrating). Our home is conveniently located near to all public transport facilities, which includes buses and trains. Supermarkets such as Tesco is only 5 minutes walk, Sainsburys and Asda are 5mins drive, also Arrowe Park hospital is 5 mins away. If you want more information please email me.

Prenton Primary school in Prenton would always get my vote. My 5 children have all gone to this school and they have all been to University and have great careers. I honestly put it down to the hard work of the teachers from this school.
