  • Yes Longlands is in the North Part of Worthing, known as Charmandean Area, it is off of 1st Avenue and is what a local person would know as a top residential area, although the downside is that it is only accessible off of the main a27 road, a few hundred yards to the east you will find a large Sainsbury's ,B&Q, Halfords, Pets at home, Argos, Beefeater Pub/Restaurant, though accessed by the A27, it is set back a distance via 1st avenue and the road though very very busy at times does not create any noise pollution.

  • I think this maybe outside of the vale catchment area, and you definately would be travelling the busiest times of the day using the a27 and a24 ( short distance) make sure you leave home with plenty of time to arrive at school on time and when collecting
