Someone wants to buy a bit of my garden in Aberdeen city centre
Hi, my neighbour wants to buy a bit of land from me, he has a work yard and flat that he rents out next to my garden and wants to make his yard bigger. The size of the land he wants is 128m2 and he offered £900 fees and £6000 for the land, do you think this is a good offer? There will still be an OK sized garden left and I have no use for the bit he wants to buy, it's overgrown and needs a lot of work doing to it. Any help would be great. Thanks

And possibly put another house on it, or block of flats. Get a separate valuation done for the property.
