  • Hi, To advertise properties on Zoopla you must first be an estate agent as unfortunately they do not allow for private listings. In terms of costs, it would also vary depending on your package and requirements. It would be best to inquire this with Zoopla. If you are looking to advertise your property on Zoopla we would recommend getting in touch with a local estate agent who advertises on here and instruct them to sell / let your property. You can search for agents that are members of Zoopla via the 'Find Agents' tab at the top of the screen. We hope this helps.

  • Hi Lizi, There are fees for advertising on Zoopla, but these are payable by the agent you will be dealing with rather than yourself. Normally it will be included in the price that you pay them for their services. You cannot actually advertise by yourself on Zoopla anyway, and if you do want to get your property onto the website, then you will need to go through a lettings agent ot estate agent (depending if you are renting out or selling) and they can post ads on your behalf. Many thanks, Scott
