What help is there for people who can not sell their property but need a bigger home?

Why can't you sell your property? Are you looking for a way to sell to move up in price? Or rent your house and borrow on larger one? We couldn't sell so decided to rent and borrowed on a larger house, we struggle with our mortgage and the rented house is costing more money than we thought. Part exchange is an option if wanting to sell.
