  • Yes you can sell your house without an Estate agent, however it can sometimes prove difficult or issues can be encountered which can cause legal repercussions. Of course we can aid you in selling the property, and perhaps give you a good fee level to reflect a service which you wish to undertake. Ie: marketing only or a viewings package....making it cheaper and cost effective.

  • Yes. You can sell your house without any agency. Tasks of an agency: 1) advertise 2) give contacts of seller and a buyer to solicitors from each side Legal side is managed by solicitors, money by mortgage advisers or lenders directly.

  • You can TRY to sell without one, but there is a reason that 97% of sellers still use estate agents. Selling a house can be one of the most stressful, time consuming and difficult undertakings you will ever experience, so best option is to find an agent that you get on well with, has a good reputation and will offer a reasonable fee.
