I cannot find the deeds.
My mother has died and left me her leasehold flat in her will but we cannot find the lease/deeds. Apparenty the property has not been registered either. What can I do?

I would check with a solicitor, you need legal advice.

I have asked the solicitor where she said she deposited the deeds but they say they haven't got them.
