How best to market my thatched cottage?

  It really does not matter the fact you have a thatched cottage, Agents sell all types of property with all different constructions. Go to your local agents in the area and I am sure they have sold properties that have thatched roofs.

  Properties all shapes and sizes sell well - the important thing in this market is to make sure it gets the maximum exposure possible, make sure you are with an agent with multiple offices and on a large number of websites not just 2 or 3. Also they should be selling the advantages of a thatched cottage such as the insulation.
