  • The agent you market with needs to be on Zoopla as well. Private individuals are unable to upload their own property.

  • The cheapest way to get your property onto Zoopla is to use an "online estate agent". They charge a fixed fee of around £400 (compared to 1-2%+VAT with traditional estate agents).

  • Hi, Unfortunately you need to be an estate agent to market properties on Zoopla. If you would like to see your property advertised on Zoopla, you would need to instruct a local estate agent who advertises on here to sell your property. You can search for agents using the 'find agents' tab on the top of this page. Alternatively you could look at online agents, however they may not have the same marketing ability as a local estate agent. We hope this helps and best of luck to you in the sale of your property.
