What are the chances of selling a Park Home for an over 50?

  There is always a buyers market for park homes providing it is priced right. Park Home values are reflected on the area, age of home, size of home and condition/specification of the home. Also the site fees and the quality of the park home estate can reflect prices. Because it is a niche market they need to be marketed & advertised quite aggressively. Use a local estate agent, a national estate agent specialising in park homes and as many private ads on the net and select publications that you can. UK Park Homes Ltd.
