  • Depends how worn they are! Generally a place that looks clean, tidy, and cared for will attract more interest than trying to show buyers around a tip. But there is nothing more depressing than being shown round a property that has been done up to sell and having to decide whether to live with it until it wears out or rip out a lot of new but poor quality work. For a mid-market property I would say don't bother unless it is one item that is notably worse than the general condition of the property: the buyer will want to redo to their own taste.
