Would a house that was repossessed feature on an estate agents listings and then be sold amongst the properties on the sold list on property sites?

  • If a property is repossesed then the bank will instruct an Estate Agent to sell the property on their behalf. The property would need to be fully advertised by the Estate Agent until exchange of contracts has taken place, once this has happened then the property will be shown as sold.
