I want to sell my house. It's a new build and I'm confident I will sell it quite quickly. I'm looking to try and sell it privately.
I want to sell my self build without using an estate agent, any advice?

Private sellers can save money on estate agents, the property has to be in the right condition and location to be able to gain a full asking price. Recent reports state that private sellers do NOT gain the best prices for there property and put that against the cost of an agents they lose money. If you feel the property is ideal in condition and location perhaps instruct an agent that will charge a small fee £249 upfont (no refund) rather than 1%+vat to aid the sale.

Try an online estate agent, that way your property will be listed on all of the major property websites - but for only a small fee.
