Average estate agency fees in Cheshire?

1 or 2 % plus VAT. You can negotiate the fee with some agents, no need to pay more than 1% in my opinion. Also consider an online agent if you don't feel the need for the high street shop. Most provide the same level of service and advertise on all the main sites. You can pay as little as 0.5% on completion, or a low upfront fee.
