  • Unfortunately many people find it difficult to find a buyer within the first few months, it might not be anything to do with your home or the price. Not as many properties are selling at the moment. Being on the market with a good agent who advertises on the main sites like Zoopla and Rightmove is best to get the maximum coverage for your property. If you have your property in good order and the price is competitive, then it might just be a waiting game. The market usually picks up in spring, so create great curb appeal and get it advertised well with good photographs and make sure the agent is one who keeps you in the loop and pulls his/her weight. There are alternatives, the link below will give you some food for thought.
