Sole Selling Rights Agreement - is there a statutory form of words?

I understand that if you are asked to sign a Sole Selling Rights Agreement - there are statutory regulations which specify a form of words for a warning that you might be liable to two commission claims. What is the statute and what is the form of words? Thank you.
