What are the options of selling a tenanted property?

Are there any companies out there that are interested in buying as is?

  • We have registered buyers, looking for the right property. For some, a tenanted property is very appealing, as the yield begins right on completion day.

  • You can advertise it as "Investors Only" to allow the buyer keep the tenant, based on buyer's acceptance of course. You could also sell it with an AST that allows the tenant to be given notice to vacate. You can "sell" to the tenant, who would take ownership at a future date. These are only options that require the circumstances being made known to the buyer.
