Please can you give me some advice on house auctions?

We want a quick sale, our house has been on the market for over 12 months now and we want to relocate to Lancashire around August time, can you give me any advice on who best to use in my area? thanks

  Hi thanks for your reply, you can have a look at the property detials if you wish, but it is on the market with 'get an offer' but as of yet we have had no intrest???? we have been on the market with them since early may, I think you'll be able to see the detials on there site and other marketing sites. regards Catherine
