I own a property, currently let, which I wish to sell. Which method would you suggest?

I presume you would wish to offer the property with the tennant still in place, in which auction is often the best method as you do not need to ensure vacant possesion and it will expose it to investment buyers. The price will however be based on the annual rental yield. If the flat is well presented,modern and vacant then generally private treaty will be better.
