It depends on who you use and what you are charged, everyone is different.

The range of charges for selling a property is anywhere between 1% and 3% of the properties sale price. The charge will increase if you instruct more than one agent, this is called a multiple agency rate. The price of your property will also determine the rate in most cases. There are of course agents that don't charge a fee at all for selling, like us!

You will also have solicitor's costs - who do not charge as much as the agents
