Have a tenant and wondering if its better to sell to an investor?
I am looking to sell my property which is a perfect little rental for an investor. I am wondering if it is better to sell my flat with a tenant already in the property? Or if it is better to not have a tenant? At this stage i am just looking to evaluate my options, but i know that if i didn't have a tenant i would not be able to afford my mortgage - so my personal preference is to keep a tenant in the flat and sell to an investor who is looking to improve their portfolio with a guaranteed rental income.
