Are houses selling in Edinburgh?

I will be selling a 3 bed flat in EH4 6AZ area from March, would there be any prospective viewers?

  Looking at the sold prices within Zoopla, the most recent sales in your exact postcode were in 2008. There's two ways of looking at this - either there's been no demand since 2008 for your postcode (has anyone tried to sell and gone unsold?), or no-one has been on the market since 2008, and hopefully there'll be pent-up demand as soon as you go on the market.
