Which estate agents have a good record of sales in and around Village Road EN1? I have a large 2 bed 2nd Floor (top) apartment which I would like to market.

Dayfields in Enfield town have a good selling rate atm.

Dayfields are not a good agent to sell through - they do lettings not sales. (they have undervalued things seriously in the past) I would try Barnfields or Mortemore Mackay
