Is there demand for 1 bed flats to buy in KT19 0SB?

I am unsure whether it is worth trying to sell my flat there. Is there any demand at all?

  If you are open to selling your flat over a period of time - there is likely to be good demand in your area - you could probably also get 10% more for it than the open market value.
