Selling a park home in Exeter

I have a mobile home to sell in Exeter in Rydon Park. No chain. I want to sell it at a realistic price of say £50,000 Would an estate agent be interested in selling it as there wouldn't be much commission. Also are there estate agents in Exeter experienced in selling them? Would it be better to sell it privately and what is the best way of going about it? I live in Salisbury.

  I would suggest you look for agents in the area who have park homes on their books, also speak to the owner of the site as they may have been approached by potential buyers, or they should know who has handled sales in the past.
