  I'd say your best bet would be to actually look round Kuala Lumpur personally so you can get an impression about the people who will be selling your property. Assuming that you're not going to visit there any time soon so this is not practical, you could ask friends who live there for their advice. Otherwise I think you're only left with the ones that have an internet presence and can be found with a web search such as:
