What if no one bids at auction?
I'd like to put my flat up for auction as I've been trying to sell it on the open market for about 2 years and thought getting a home report and lowering the price and making it fixed price would help but I've had no viewers. Would the next stage be a property auction company and if so, what if no one bids on the flat? Thanks

I have added a link to answer some questions. There will be costs whether the property sells at auction or not.

Hello This can be the last resort if you have tried all the other options, lowering price, open days etc. You can have the property on the local market as well as going to auction, if the property does not sell it can always go back to auction or stay on the market with the local agent.
