How difficult would it be to sell a property situated on the motorway (A40) on the Tewkesbury Road part of it? It is indeed very noisy.
Although it is a lovely house it is very noisy, with motorway noise heard in the garden at the back as well.

It really depends on how much you are asking for. Many areas in Gloucester are affected by road noise - particularly from the M5 and also trains. As long as the property is priced correctly then somebody will buy it.
