  • They don't do the viewings, photos, or floorplan, they don't canvass their list of people looking for property, and they don't set the price for you. But it's always worth a go, if your house doesn't sell, you can then always go to a conventional agent.

  • People like human contact and they wouldn't get that online, they may however find that agents move off the high street but never completely work online.

  • Online advertising is a fantastic opportunity for agents, landlords and tenants alike. Comparing properties to buy or rent has never been easier, and finding the value of your property online can be very useful. However, high-street agents hold a number of advantages. Firstly, human contact - being able to ask someone in person about a property is a very important thing. Viewings must be conducted by an agent or landlord, and imagine if no one was there to help you with the paperwork?! High street agents are able to provide reliable values for lettings or sales as well as provide detailed photographs and descriptions for the properties they advertise and all in all, its good to talk to a real person! There will always be plenty of our branches around!!
