How much does it cost to move with agents and solicitors fees?

As above. You can spend as little or as much as you want. Shop around for solicitors/conveyancing quotes, also removals/storage companies. You can't get away from stamp duty. Don't scrimp on a survey! Look on Google for costs of conveyancing etc, it will give you some idea, you can shop around when moving and save money. Impossible to give a figure really.

For example, buying at £150,000.Budget for stamp duty £1500, solicitors, £1000, deposit circa £30,000, mortgage arrangement/survey about £1000 typically.
