I have a 2 bed maisonnete in Queensway, if I put it up 4 sale in next 6 mths how long would it take to sell it?

  Price, price, price, it all depends on the price... If you sell in the next six months you will be VERY lucky as in my opinion the market is about to crash big time... It should of last year but the govt pumped billions to try keep the patient alive.. I am afraid the patient has overdosed on credit.. The housing market will not be back to 2007 levels for a generation.. Thank god

  If you market it at the right price i would say a month to fine a buyer and cica 2 mothns for it to complete. Obvioulsy if you price more agressiveley this will speed the process and allow you to set tighter deadlines for the buyer to complete. if you need a good agent in Hempstead i can help
