Solicitors going beyond the call of duty?
Last night, we exchanged on a property land deal at 23.30 h for 73 units in East Sussex. It was a complicated transaction with clarification required on the Section 106 Agreement. All parties were involved in discussions to see the exchange take place late in the evening, to the delight of everyone. This was a 'beat the Budget' race! Do you have any examples of solicitors going beyond 'office hours' to see a transaction through? I'd love to hear from you ...
