Do energy surveys need renewal?

Property was on sale but withdrawn following a flood. Do the surveys need renewing if older than 12 months?

  • An EPC last for 10yrs. EPC's can be done again if there has been any significant work carried out which would change (increase) the house's energy performance.

  • They'll last for 10 years unless significant changes are made - check the date on the certificate.
