Need advice about the upfront fees

I have got to sell my house in 2016 and as a penioner in pretty bad health im very worried about the fees that comes with selling can any one advice what sort of costs im talking about, once sold i will come out with enough money

  • You can speak to any estate agent and they will give you an estimate of the fees for selling. Fees vary as a percentage according to the value of your property. The solicitor's fees should also be quoted to you up front (usually with an estimate of maximum cost). Fees can become more expensive if you are selling and buying another house. 'Selling only' is less expensive but can still run into the thousands.
