Shorthold protected tenacey
I have a short hold protected tenancy. Having lived here for 26 years past, the owner in her 60s now wants to sell. Where do I stand, and what value is the proterty, which has no parking, has a garden, 3 bedrooms, access at the back of property is privately owned or so she says. My neighbour has to access her garden through mine.
