LOOKING AT CASHBUYER COMPANIES ANY RECOMENDATIONS

I HAVE A 3 BEDROOM FLAT THAT I HAVE BEEN RENTING OUT BUT TENANTS HAVE LEFT IN LAST 2 YEARS ITS HAD EXTERNAL INSULATION , BIOMASS BOILER AND UPVC ITS IN GOOD CONDITION BUT NOT A FANTASTIC AREA ANY RECOMENDATIONS WOULD BE GREAT

  • Im a surveyor. What I would say is while there are many claiming to be cash buyers, most are not. Ask for proof of funds, genuine cash buyers won't have an issue doing this.

  • I agree with the point from Owen that most so called "cash buyer" companies do not purchase direct with their own cash funds, most (but not all) tend to broker the deals on to other buyers or use option agreements. Either way, unless you're in a real hurry to sell I would consider selling at auction. There are plenty of cash buyers at auction and you'll benefit from competitive bidding to achieve a good price, certainly better than you'll achieve from a direct sale to a company.
