We have put on new roof, replaced all electric, windows, kitchen, bathroom, central heating and totally remodernised our home.

What would be the current value? Basically we brought a derelict property in 2007 and had major improvement throughout we paid £185,000 so what would its value be now?

  I can recommend a good local agent to provide you with a current and accurate valuation of your property, free of charge with no obligation as we have seen a lot of movement in house prices since 2007. A massive plummet followed by a strong return. The quality of Kitchen, bathroom and standard of decor can effect prices by 10 -15% so a gestimate could be wildly out.
