What is the average time for selling a house in L14 6UJ area?
I currently have my house for sale, it's been on the market since March 2010. I live in Cumbria and am having to leave everything in the estate agents hands have reduced the house several times. Don't know if the agents are doing enough to sell my house.

The RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) announced last week that the average UK estate agent takes 109 days to sell a property currently. eMoov takes just 42 days
