Selling leasehold flat to freehold owner.
I own the last leasehold flat in a house and the freehold owner and friend have rest of 2 properties between them. I want to sell and he wants his girlfriend to buy from me, this would be her first time buy. I have owned the flat for 30 years and contributed to all improvements, new roof, windows, fire alarm system. Would I have any particular advantages selling to the freehold owner? He wants to sell privately, so do I if worthwhile.
