The average time for finding a buyer will very much depend on your desired approach to the market, the more realistic the asking price, the faster you will expect to sell and naturally, the more ambitious the asking price, the longer you will expect to go under offer. Once under offer, most transactions will find themselves to a closure within 8 weeks. However two key components will naturally be the efficiency and proactiveness of your estate agent and solicitor.
