My two bedroom flat was valued at 210,00 two years ago, before the recession, how much would it be worth today? It is a garden flat.

You could use a price index link for a rough opinion, but it would be better calling your local agent.. You may be in a particular location which is performing better or worse than the averages for your part of the country. Most price index websites will give an average for lets say the North West or South East, so they are very general. I believe most people are around 15% less than the peak prices of 2007, in my area which is the South Manchester location. Give the agent a call with the most sold boards close to you and they should be able to be pretty accurate!
