Best agent in Wimbledon to sell a property?

Depends on the location of your property. As a buyer, I think Ellisons (for houses in the south park garden area), hawes and co, and fuller gilbert and co (in raynes park really) have been really good. Foxtons always seem really pushy and irritating. viewed 3 properties with kfh on saturday and there were between 3 and 5 couples viewing at the same time - so not exactly personal attention. If you've got a really attractive house with no compromises, and will therefore sell itself, I'd also consider an online agency where you show your own house. takes more of your time, but most viewings are evening or weekends and they charge a lot less than the traditional agency. But if your house won't sell itself I think you'd be better off having a good agent.

I work at SW19 estate agents and have worked in Wimbledon for 10 years - we have five agents under the one roof that have all been in the business for many years, we advertise on all major web portals, own sw19.com and aim to present our properties on line in the best possible fashion, with the best photography and clear and concise descriptions...We accompany all viewings and aim to provide the best service to all clients. We aim to leave no stone un-turned when trying to find the perfect buyer. Feel free to contact me in my office on Merton road.
