How do I sell my own house?

Would like to sell my own house privately (myself, rather then by estate agent), how do I do this?

  • The best way to do this is really only by using private sources of advertising such as local newspapers and free web based advertising, though using an estate agent can save you time as they will have much more efficient means of advertising at their hands and will have certain securities in place to pick out a reliable buyer. • Have you considered the Taylor Wimpey part exchange scheme? Part Exchange sees that you receive the value of your current home (based on the average of three independent valuations) off the price of your brand new property, letting you sit back and relax until your new home is ready to move into. So don't struggle to sell your home, just get in touch with us to find out how part exchange could be the perfect solution to you. Email us to find out more. Kings Quarter is situated in Chislehurst and are currently selling 2, 3, 4 & 5 bedroom homes, pop in this weekend or send us a quick email to get further details.
